A lesson in self defense...

The Miss Wales 2018 finalists took part in a self-defense class in Cardiff to help them stay safe. The purpose of the day was to equip the girls with the basic knowledge and skills to get them out of a confrontational situation. They really rose to the challenge and had a fun but demanding day courtesy of our instructors at Resolve-it.
